Orders and Shipping

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as customs inspections, peak seasons, or courier disruptions.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

You have 30 days calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund processing time:

  • It may take 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for restocking.

  • You will need to cover the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at official@blackcandles.store with photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
